The UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency has created a single publication which can be used as either a Radio Log Book (GMDSS) or a Simplified FV GMDSS Radio Log Book.
This publication uses a "delete as appropriate" and "complete as required" system. The publication is called: GMDSS Radio Log Book incorporating the Simplified F/V GMDSS Log Book.
