As simple pull apart hinge in all stainless steel that allows (depending on which direction you mount them) you to slide the hatch or door off for all access.
They are all single handed, that is to say if you mount them both with the pin facing the right, once the door or hatch is open, you can remove it to the right.
If you mount them so the pins are apposing the hinge will operate conventionally + not allow removal of the lid.
The hinging pin is attached to the left side of the hinge, while the right half side of the hinge is hollow.
