Manufactured from U.V. stabilised moulded plastic with stainless steel fastener support plates.
The spring loaded slide pin allows quick and easy removal of hatches, locker doors etc.
Suitable for use on both vertical and horizontal surfaces.
Sold as a set as pictured, one left and one right, which prevents hatch or door from detaching without pulling the pin, thus hinging conventionally until the sprung loaded pin is pulled.
Often used on hatches, cabin doors or engine boxes where removing can assist access.
Also known as spring release hinge or butterfly hinge.
