The Daniamant L170 is a Solas Approved LED Lifebuoy lights which have an easy to fit mounting bracket that is normally attached to the lifebuoy bracket.
This is the recreational non survey version.
These Lights offer up to a five year life. No maintenance or replacement batteries are required. This saves time and expense during inspections
These Lifebuoy Lights are amongst the smallest and lightest lights available on the market today.
Activation is by the light getting pulled out of its release bracket as it is normally attached to the lifebuoy by the integral cord - thus pulling either for overboard use activates.
The L170 light is Robust passing the 30 metre drop test required by MED/SOLAS and USCG standards.These Lifebuoy lights have
passed a drop height test from 76 metres high. This makes them suitable for use on any platform or vessel with high bridge wings.
LED Technology L170 Lifebuoy Lights are using the latest advances in LED technology. They feature very low current consumption, enhanced reliability and feature a flashing light.
