A pressed stainless steel chain pipe in the oval lift lid style, designed for up to 10mm short link chain storage.
It is manufactured so you can completely remove the chain from your anchor at the shackle + hook it up under the lid, thus removing any chain from the deck.
It also allows chain to be left on the anchor + fed through a slot and the lid fits over.
The slot will suit 8mm chain but can be filed out slightly (by 3mm) to suit 10mm chain.
Outer Flange measurements - 160mm Long x 115mm Wide
Hole in deck max size (smaller hole is fine, just no larger) 105mm Long x 55mm Wide. We normally drill two holes side by side to create an oval.
