Vang Fiddle Blocks 6mm

Designed as a small reduction (3:1 or 4:1) for off the beach sailing dinghies as a kicker (boom vang),  or as a control line set for a downhaul on a trailer yacht.

Stainless steel cheeks and Acetal sheaves ensure a long service life with virtually no maintenance. Hollow rivets in the block heads can be fitted with shackles, which can also be used to add a becket for extra purchase. 

By using the pulley on the left of the photo, coupled with either of the other two pulleys in the same photo, it will produce a 3:1 ratio (10303+ 10304 or 10303 + 10305) The 10303+10305 gives you the option of threading the start of the rope through the hollow rivet,(If you want to use a large cord that won't go through the hollow rivet then simply add a 10304B shackle and start your rope on that) allowing you to utilize both sheaves and create a 4:1 ratio, rather than a 3:1 ratio.
