These copper roves (or rooves) suit our copper nails.
They are used with our copper nails for riveting of the finer traditional vessels. We have indicated below the normal size rove associated to a square gauge nail. If you are doing a repair to an existing boat then you may want to match the rove size to the existing rove in the hull of your boat, as many boatbuilders had their preference in their day.

Rove Size:
10mm outside diameter - normally suits a Copper Nail 14-15 Gauge
11mm outside diameter- normally suits a Copper Nail 10-13 Gauge
13mm outside diameter- normally suits a Copper Nail 8-9 Gauge
16mm outside diameter- normally suits a Copper Nail 7-9 Gauge
19mm outside diameter- normally suits a Copper Nail 5-7 Gauge
