A simple and safe to operate red hand flare which is encased in a tube to eliminate risk of damage from burning ashes.
The hand flare is drip proof while burning.
The signal can be easily operated by those with cold wet gloved hands or persons in survival suits. 60 second burning at 15,000 candela.
