As used on many American runabouts - Campion, Bayliner, Four Winns and similar for use as a scupper or flap to stop water flow. Often these are connected to live bait tanks.
Designed to be mounted above the waterline in cockpits and areas where self draining is required. A simple rubber flap self hinges when the water in the cockpit (or locker) is wanting a path outwards. The trim ring secures the flap and allows it to hinge.
