This is a product we get for specific clients, so thickness and availability varies at times. Currently have
1.2mm thick
2.4 mm thick
3mm thick
4.5mm thick (this one is 1410mm in length)
In our industry this product is used for keel bolt washers, chain plates and straps.
The 2.4mm thick can be cut with a large manual guillotine (or large electric one), not by tin snips. It can be shaped and formed, cut, welded (using bronze MIG welding wire) or braised.
2mm, 3mm, 4.5mm thick (present sheet of 4.5mm = 1410mm long x 220mm wide) but the sheet sizes will vary in 8mm, generally measuring 390mm long x 300mm wide x 8mm thick.
Being cold formed by a molding process, it makes it stronger than a cast crystaline format and gives a consistent perfectly flat surface.
