An adjustable swiveling fairlead, often used on Sunburst and small trailer yachts instead of a higher profile pulley block. The whole unit comes on a sliding stainless steel plate fitted to a 330mm long stainless track, on the swivel mount there's an adjustable screw pin that allows it to be located in graduations of 21mm predrilled along the length of the track.
A fairlead will accept rope up to 16mm though most boats mentioned that use these will operate 6-10mm rope.
